E.O.M – INTEGRATED HOUSING UNITS
The Integrated Housing Units (E.O.M) is the first comprehensive and organized initiative in Cyprus for the operation of "Homes in the Community" (founded in 1994) for adults (after the age of 18) with mental retardation.
It’s a voluntary private initiative of the Ioannou family, which, recognizing the lack of state infrastructure to support people after the age of 18, proceeded in the first phase to develop and creating the Christos Stelios Ioannou Foundation (an educational institution, which now belongs to the state), the E.O.M and the home for the elderly people "Agios Christoforos".
Ms Phinopoulou is a Volunteer and acting as Council Secretary and Legal Chair of E.O.M.

CSR CYPRUS
CSR Cyprus (now Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility) is the Cyprus national business network for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The Network’s primary purpose is the promotion, development and implementation of CSR and its promotion both to the business world and to the social environment with the ultimate goal of achieving balanced profitability and sustainable development. The Network has been registered since 2016.
Utilizing the principles and practices of Responsible Entrepreneurship, CSR Cyprus seeks to develop, promote, and promote the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility both to the business world of Cyprus and to the social environment with the ultimate goal of achieving balanced profitability and sustainable development.
Ms Phinopoulou is Founder and acting as Council Legal Chair of CSR Cyprus.

Aipfe Cyprus - Women of Europe
Aipfe Cyprus – Women of Europe is a not-for-profit organisation aiming to empower, motivate and connect women in Politics (Society) and the Economy (Leadership & STEM). As an organisation, its mission is to facilitate and open up the conversation about Women’s role in society. It empower, motivate and connect women to sit at the table.
AIPFE was set up in Brussels in 1987 by Mrs. Rodi Kratsa, who was then a member and later Vice-President of the European Parliament. The Cyprus chapter was established in 2001, aiming to disseminate the idea of European citizenship and to encourage the involvement of women in civil society in Cyprus and abroad.
AIPFE stands for: Association Internationale pour la Promotion des Femmes d’Europe.
Ms Phinopoulou is holder of Legal Chair (Council) and Volunteer.
